Okay, maybe I’m just bias, but I am absolutely in love this this stethoscope! Not only does it look beautiful, but it’s lightweight and the sound and quality are ON POINT! I highly recommend anyone out there who is looking for a new stethoscope (and a little style) to consider this beautiful instrument! It comes in a Cardiology Model as well! It’s super reasonable in price (69.99$) for what you are getting! It comes in either white or black tubing with a Rose Gold Metal! I’ve had the white for about 8 months and I still love it every day!
This book will absolutely change your life! As a nurse, I see so many people in the hospital as a result of poor eating and lifestyle habits! I also see nurses eating anything and everything that they can get their hands on while at work, no matter the nutritional value. This book totally explains food science on a very simple level, and completely changes the way you see and eat food. After living a “clean” eating lifestyle for almost 9 months now, I’ve lost 30lbs and gotten off of ALL of my medication that was addressing my health. I am the happiest and healthiest version of myself today because of picking up this book. I think it’s super important for nurses to practice what they preach! Sometimes we just need to go by some more cute scrubs! I just can’t say enough about this scrub brand! They are my absolute Favorite! You can put them in the wash and dry them, and they come out wrinkle free, without shrinking! AND The Color doesn’t fade! The “Tall” pant is the jam, and they are the softest, cutest, most comfy uniforms you will ever by! The Taylor Pant and Jane Top are my Go-to’s! If it’s that time to get new uniforms, Healing Hands are where it’s at!
4. Rose Gold Heart Stethoscope Necklace
Have you guys caught on that I’m obsessed with Rose Gold!? So I totally have this cute little gem, except it’s in silver. It’s so freaking adorable! It’s very dainty, but the perfect personalized accessory for any outfit! It would make such a cute stocking stuffer or a sweet gift for yourself! I personally love the rose gold, but they have other metals as well! Just a really cute and fun nursey gift and only 11$!
Every nurse needs a good watch! Some may feel the need to get a sporty trendy watch, but I am all about fashion! I don’t think you should doll yourself up to head to work, but I think it helps feeling equipped and confident in how you look and feel as a nurse! My instruments allow me to express my personality through them, aka ROSE GOLD EVERYTHING! I LOVE this brand of watches! My husband got one for me for my birthday last year. It is my absolute favorite. It’s a brand of Fossil, and just has a unique and chic look. The leather bands are my favorite! This not only would make a great gift for a nurse, but really any woman! I get compliments all of the time and don’t go a day without! Check out their styles!
6. Vitamix
My favorite gift of all! This blender is like no other!!!!! It takes “Green Smoothies” to a whole notha’ level!!!! Meals on the go are PERFECT for nurses, and in the form of nutritous smoothies is where it’s at! This blender is totally an investment, but you will never regret it!!! This high power motor can turn any solid produce into a smooth like consistency in seconds! They have an amazing warranty packed into the sale, and awesome customer service. I had a part break and they overnighted the new supplies, no questions asked! I recommend extending the warranty if you do buy it because 50$ extra for 3 years of coverage beats a new 400$ blender! If you want to start with something a little less expensive, but gets the job done (just not as cool as the Vitamix), a Ninja is a good start! I love my smoothies in the morning! I get all of my nutrients and vitamins packed into one glass and I’m ready to take on a 12 hour shift! Refurbished is totally the way to go because of the warranty! I don’t know anyone who has bought one new and they’ve all had great results!
